Bon Vivant...

 

As a person who likes going to parties and other social occasions and who enjoys good food, wine, etc.

All the recipes posted on Gastronomer reflect this mission of sustainable cooking. Food is at its very best when it is in season. Wine needs the right amount of time to fully develop it body, bouquet and favor. As a city dweller it is not always feasible to source out the best quality due to time and/or budget constraints. However, when possible spending a little extra time and/or money can yield result that truly transcend the ordinary into a moment of extraordinary.

 

Both the recipes and wines highlighted on the Gastronomer  celebrate a global exploration.  So get out to the garden, market or wherever your gastronomic adventures take you and enjoy all that it means to be a Gastronomer!
