Pantry Essential for the Body
Nature provides us with an abundance of beauty products that are organic and life affirming. As a firm believer that what goes in the body can and should be used on the body whenever possible. I take every opportunity to stock my pantry with essential foods that promotes beauty both inside and out. If milk baths were the secret to Egyptian beauty what other beauty secrets can nature offer?
I love spa day but time and funds do not always allow for such indulgences. Depending on where I am getting to the spa may need more time and energy than I have. Below are a few beauty recipes that help me tremendously as I travel around the global.
Oatmeal and Blueberry Face Mask
Ingredients
1/4 C Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 C Oatmeal
2 Capsules of vitamin E oil
1/8 C Honey
Directions
Empty the vitamin E capsules in a mini food processor along with the oatmael, blueberries and honey. Pulse the mixuture till smooth. The mask is ready to use. Store the remaining mixture in a airtight container to be used as needed for up to 3 weeks. Keep refrigerated.
Cellulite Treatment
Hot Oil Treatment
Ingredients
1/2 C Olive Oil
1/2 C Vitamin E Oil
10 drops Lemon Oil
Directions
Pour all the olive oil, vitamin E oil and Lemone oil into a squeeze bottle. Use as you would any other hot oil treatment. Store in fridge for up to 4 weeks.
Sugar Scrub
Ingredients
1 C Coffee (ground)
1/8 C Olive Oil
1/8 C Vitamin E Oil
Directions
In a clean bowl gently mix coffee and oils together just until incorporated. Use in showeron a clean body. Message into the skin for 5-8 minutes. Rinse off completely. Store the remainder of treatment in the refridgerator to be used as desired for up to 3-4 weeks.

1 C Grandulated Sugar
1/2 C Olive Oil
10 drops of Lavendar, Orange, Mint or any essential oil you prefer
Directions
Pour all the ingredients into a clean bowl gently mix together until everything is incorporated. Transfer to a clean container to used as desired for up to 4-5 weeks.
