Banana Cake

 

Even if you are not a baker like myself this cake is really easy and delicious.

 

Ingredients

 

125 g butter

3/4 cups caster sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 egg  

2 ripe bananas mashed

1 ½ cups  flour

1 ½ tbs baking powder

1/4 cups milk

Pinch of sea salt

 

Directions

 

Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla. Add mashed bananas. Stir just enough to blend the ingredients together. Add egg and mix in well. Shift flour, baking powder, salt. Stir in flour, add milk and mix lightly.

 

Bake  at 170C for approximately 40 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean.
