Cannonau di Sardegna DOC 2012

 

This wine is classified as Cannonau di Sardegna DOC from the Costera estate in the countryside of Siurgus Donigala. Cannonau di Sardegna is made from a varietal blend of the Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale grapes.  

 

Cannonau di Sardegna DOC has an intense ruby red color.   Its bouquet is slightly smoking with a hint of dark cherry.  The taste is warm, rounded, smooth and  balanced.

 

 

Food Pairings

Roast meats such as roast suckling pig and lamb, Sardinian pecorino cheese, medium or long matured.
